FCTC Organized Recreational Social Match Tennis

First Shift - 6:00pm - 8:00pm Full
Second Shift - 8:00pm - 9:30pm
Details:
Celebrate Halloween with costumes, (tennis) tricks and treats for FCTC's First Halloween-themed Women's doubles Round Robin and Costume Contest!
Sign up with a partner (required) and wear a costume* or an orange and black outfit!
*Coordinated costumes with your doubles partner are strongly encouraged!
Prizes to be awarded for best costumes.
Women's doubles round robin,
6-game set; 7-point tiebreak at 5-5, with a margin of 1; No ad scoring.
First 12 registrants, first come first serve, with a waitlist in case of cancellations (Please sign up even if registration is filled, as we always have cancellations)
FCTC members only no fee to play.
If you would like to join the Foster City Tennis Club and participate, please go to www.fostercitytennisclub.org and sign-up.
If you do not play USTA, please indicate the level you think you are.
Registered players will be contacted by email or text by the event organizer on the day before the event.
If you cannot play after confirmation goes out, please contact Terry Hunt at 650-218-3010 immediately.

Safety Protocols:
- Do not come onto the court, until your appointed time.
- Please wear a mask as you enter and leave the courts.
- Place your bags apart on the sidelines.
- Maintain social distance of 6 feet from others, including during turnovers.
- No high fives, avoid touching your face after handling the ball or tennis equipment, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer if you have touched your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Each doubles pair should open a new can of balls, marked with their initials, do not touch balls that aren't yours, please use your racket or foot to pick up balls.
- Bring your own water and a new can of balls.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after coming to the court. FCTC will have sanitizer and markers on site.
- There will be a FCTC board member or events committee member at the event for guidance. Please be kind, respectful and considerate of others as we all want to have a fun time safely!
- Do not play if you are sick or have been around others who are sick.
- We recommend that you leave the facility after you play; if you stay as a spectator, you must wear a mask and maintain 6 foot social distance from others.
