Location: Carlmont High School San Carlos is hosting
Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm (Afternoon Session)
Morning Session from 9pm to 1pm on another signup
Details: This fun tournament is open to players at the 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 levels and is limited to 16 men and 16 women from FCTC (Foster City Tennis Club). 8 men and 8 women each session. If you have a partner, let us know -- otherwise we will find a partner for you. Enjoy a friendly competitive match, make some new friends and partake in the drinks, snacks and camaraderie. Skill levels will be grouped
Tournament check-in at 8:45 a.m. (morning session) and 12:45 pm (afternoon session)
Match play commences promptly at 9:00 a.m. / 1 p.m.
Each player will have opportunity to play two pro-sets; and socialize when not playing
Rules for pro-set - first to eight games; NO ad scoring; five point tie-break at 7-7
Handicapping will be used in matches where there is a mismatch in levels - two game start for the handicapped team for every 0.5 level difference
Match / set start timings
San Carlos is hosting light refreshments, beverages, water and match play.
No need to bring a partner! Partners will be assigned by us (if you do not have one).
Open to all FCTC members aged 18 or over.
FCTC members only; no fee to play. All age groups and all levels welcome.
If you would like to join the Foster City Tennis Club and participate, please go to www.fostercitytennisclub.org and sign-up.
Members who would like to partner together for doubles should indicate their partner's name when they register; each partner should register separately.
Members who register for doubles without a partner will be assigned a partner with similar rating.
If you do not play USTA, please indicate the level you think you are.

Safety Protocols:
- Do not play if you are sick or have been around others who are sick.
- To be on of side of caution (remember Covid-19 is still roaming around), everyone is requested to follow all CHO / WHO guidelines for vaccination; social distancing; masks; etc.
