FCTC Organized Recreational Social Match Tennis
When: Sunday, September 27th, 2020
Location: Edgewater Tennis Courts
Edgewater Blvd.
Foster City, CA
Time: 11:00am - 4:00pm
Two shifts: 11:00am - 1:30pm Women's Doubles 3.0 and 3.5
1:30pm - 4:00pm Women's Doubles 3.5 and 4.0
Details:
Women Doubles round robin, rotating partners,
4 games pro set, first to 4 with a margin of 1, 5 point tie-break at 3-3
Wear your favorite colorful outfit!
First come, first serve, first 24 players, with waitlist in case of cancellations!
FCTC members only; no fee to play. All age groups welcome.
If you would like to join the Foster City Tennis Club and participate, please go to www.fostercitytennisclub.org and sign-up.
If you do not play USTA, please indicate the level you think you are.

Deadline to register: September 25th, 2020.
Safety Protocols:
- Do not come onto the court, until your appointed time.
- Please wear a mask as you enter and leave the courts.
- Place your bags apart on the sidelines.
- Maintain social distance of 6 feet from others, including during turnovers.
- No high fives, avoid touching your face after handling the ball or tennis equipment, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer if you have touched your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Each doubles pair should open a new can of balls, marked with their initials, do not touch balls that aren't yours, please use your racket or foot to pick up balls.
- Bring your own water and a new can of balls.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer BEFORE AND AFTER coming to the court. FCTC will have sanitizer and markers on site.
- There will be a FCTC board member or events committee member at the event for guidance. Please be kind, respectful and considerate of other as we all want to have a fun time safely!
- Do not play if you are sick or have been around others who are sick.
- We recommend that you leave the facility after you play, if you stay as spectator, you must wear a mask and maintain 6 foot social distancing from others.
Players selected will be contacted by email or phone by the committee.
