This is our first year in the senior 3.0 league.We feel very fortunate as a team to have such a dedicated Captain as Kacey.

Senior Women's 3.0 to District Championships!

In its inaugural season, the SW3.0 team logged an impressive 11-4 record during the regular (drippy, rain-complicated) season, traveling up and down the peninsula from San Francisco to Palo Alto. After going 2-0 in the local playoffs, we are now on to the District Championships at Elk Grove April 16-18. Combining with players from a couple of neighboring clubs, the team has really come together and jelled as a force to be reckoned with! Whatever the outcome at the next level, this has truly been a dream season and a great ride! Thanks to all members of the team and to FCTC for their support.

The Leo Ryan SW 3.5 team won the final local league playoff match in the Mid-Peninsula area and has earned the right to advance to the Senior League District playoffs in Fresno. The team steadily advanced throughout the season, winning 10 matches and suffering only 2 losses in the regular season. In the local league playoffs, Leo Ryan SW 3.5 handily beat out the competition and ended the season in first place. All the players on the team contributed to the wins, and are to be congratulated for their team effort in bringing such success to Foster City Tennis Club. The ladies on this team are: Janet Adams, Jane Bagley, Cheryl Baugh, Lori Bledsoe, Diane Burgess, Christina Cooper, Jennifer Gurevitz, Brooke Howie, Jacqueline James, Helen Kishi, Ann Nyser, Judy Olson, Jane Reynolds,Kathy Rudovsky, Anita Stasiak, Sheryl Thirlwall, Louise Tierney and Scarlett Wood.
